TERMS & CONDITIONS

  • By using the Grbby Portal, you confirm that you accept these terms of use terms and that you agree to comply with all the terms.
  • Time to time, we may require to update the terms and conditions (with or without notice), any updates and changes in the terms or any other document(s) will be updated on the web site. The user of the Grbby must oblige the same.
  • On purchase or acquiring goods with / without charge from the Site, you acknowledge that you are purchasing or acquiring the goods from independent businesses / brands and not from GrayData or Grbby. Thus GrayData consultancy & Technology shall not have any liability to you arising out of or in connection with any such acquisition of goods. The terms and conditions will apply to all transactions carried out through the Site.
  • Any / all bank and third party charges will be the sole responsibility of the user. GrayData Consultancy & Technology will not be liable for anything.
  • GrayData Consultancy & Technology is not liable if the Grbby Web/App is not available at any time for any period for any reason.
  • The Delivery Terms are mentioned in the document herewith;
  • All the parties (Business / Brands, Customer (s) and Delivery Persons and any other (if associated), have read the agreement of terms (separately attached herewith) and fully agree to all the points mention in the same.
  • All the rights of the Grbby are reserved to GrayData Consultancy & Technology and is the intellectual property of GrayData Consultancy & Technology.
  • All the trademarks are the property of their respective owners.
  • You may print off one copy, and may download extracts, of any page from the Site for your personal use. You must not modify the paper or digital copies of any materials you have printed off or downloaded in any way, and you must not use any illustrations, photographs or video separately from any accompanying text.
  • We do not provide any sort of warranties or guarantees that the content on the Site is accurate, complete or up to date and we do not have any control on the contents from linked sites or resources.
  • GrayData Consultancy & Technology will only use your personal information as set out in our Privacy Policy (attached separately herewith).
  • We do not provide any assurance that Grbby is error free, fit for purpose and / or timely. That, the Grbby or the server and any other service that it makes available is free of virus (any type) or bugs (any type). Thus, First Party will not be liable by anyhow
  • These Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) are governed by the laws of the State of Qatar. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms, their subject matter and their formation (and any non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Qatari courts.

DELIVERY TIME, TERMS AND FEES

The Merchants

In case, there are several outlets of the business/brand, the business/brand will have to mention the location of the item to be collected by the delivery person to deliver. The items should be ready within 30 minutes of the confirmation of the order to be collected and the delivery person will arrive starting from 30 minutes to within 2 business days to collect it.

In order to make the things smooth, the outlet will also mention the working hours of the outlet as the customers may place their order 24/7 and the delivery person may collect it during mentioned working hours of the outlet.

All the outlets can sell their products to all the customers on the Grbby portal. There is no limitation of physical travel. This makes the Grbby a unique and a very powerful E-Commerce platform. The outlet will be selected automatically once the customer will confirm the delivery location in case the delivery is not at the blue plate of the customer providing during registration. In case of alternative location for delivery, the blue plate information and the information of the contact person will have to be provided by the customer.

Note: Above terms only applies for the small products i.e. the products which can be carried by the delivery person on bike or in car. All the products which are big in size and heavy in weight will be charged case by case.

Customer(s) may also select the takeaway option, whereby the order shall be picked up from the business / brand outlet(s) by the customer(s). In such cases, the customer will not be charged with the delivery charges and delivery charges will not be included in the invoices for the customer(s).

The Customers

Delivery of the products of choices at the door steps of the customer is a key point offered by Grbby. The dedicated team of delivery persons is always keen to serve the customers. Once the order is confirmed, it will be notified to the delivery team with the details of the customer(s) including name of contact person, address (Blue plate information). Delivery Team will assure the products are delivered to the door step of the customer / consumer within 3 business days after the confirmation of the order.

After the confirmation of the order, the delivery team receives the order from the outlet where the order has been placed. During the Delivery team may contacts the contact person of the customers (mentioned by the customers during the confirmation of the order) to align with them. After an agreement of the time and re-confirmation of the place and location (blue plate), the products are delivered to the customers and the confirmation is sent to the customer in notification tab of Grbby Portal.

In order to support the delivery mechanism, each order confirmation will be costing a nominal amount of QAR 25. The charges will be added into the invoice to the customer, clearly mentioning the delivery charges i.e. the amount of the product(s) + Delivery Charges = Net Bill.

Any extra amount of the customers (if any), will be added in the customer's wallet in Grbby (either to be debited or credited). The amount can be adjusted in up-coming orders.

PRIVAY POLICY

Upon visiting Grbby portal on Web / App, we may collect some information. Our privacy policy, and other terms may be amended from time to time. We are committed to protect the privacy of the personnel information. We highly recommend to read the privacy policy and review it every time on providing the personnel information. In case of any disagreement with the policy or usability/terms, you must stop using the Grbby with immediate effects. Your continuous use of Grbby will be considered agreement to the policy and terms. In case of any modification, it will be notified on Grbby portal, which will require your acceptance for further use.

Personal Data We Collect!

We collect the personnel information while visiting, registering and using Grbby on Web/App. We all collect passive information from third party (before or after the visiting, registering or using of the Web / App). Additionally, we do also tracking of cookies.

Grbby collects your Personal Information as mentioned below;

  • Personal information you provide (e.g. name, address, nationality, phone, e-mail, date of birth, products, location, contact person, order history and any other information) by filling in forms on the Web / App, or by corresponding with us by phone, email or otherwise;
  • Technical information, including the IP, your login information, or any other information;
  • Any other information relating to you generated or in respect of your use of or visits to the Web / App.

Why do We Collect Personnel Information!

There are several reason for collection of the Personnel Information. Some of which are mentioned below;

  • To provide state-of-the-art service
  • Improve Grbby
  • To protect from error(s) / fraud(s) and losses
  • Better and Faster Experience of usability for stakeholders including Businesses / brands, Customers and Delivery Person(s)
  • Facilitate in display the products on portal, payment collection and delivery of the product to the customer
  • Conflict (if any) resolution
  • comply with any legal obligation or regulatory requirement to which we are subject; and
  • achieve other purposes as may, from time to time, be permitted by law
  • Any other purpose thereof.

For How Long We Retain Information!

We do not Information for longer than it is required for the purposes for which the information may lawfully be used or is otherwise required under the Agreement or any other law for the time being in force. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time.

Security

Unfortunately, the communication of information on the internet is not completely secure. Though, we always take measures to protect Information. We take very strict procedures and security features to try to prevent unauthorized access and to protect the information from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction. However, we cannot guarantee the security of the communication of the information. We do not share the data with any one until necessary or otherwise with a cause to do so.

PERSONNEL DATA

Using a tick box, the e-Merchant must obtain the customer consent to store or use their personal data when they are seeing up an account or ordering without an account. Data collected must only limited to that necessary for purchase and delivery. SSL certification must also be available to encrypt their data when a customer enters credit card and/or account login information.

MARKETING MATERIAL

We may use your information to share you about our products and services that may be of interest to you. The information sharing may use any medium including post, telephone / mobile communication including calls and SMS, e-marketing, email and etc.

The comments and feedback submitted by any party can be used in any marketing and / or advertisement purpose. We may identify you as for this purpose only with your first name, city and country in which you reside.

We may carefully select and allow third parties including marketing and advertising companies. Our affiliates and partners to contact you about products / services by any / all communication mean(s) and help us to analyze the information for further areas of improvements.

DATA COLLECTION, STORAGE AND THIRD PARTY DATA SHARING

Information such as payment card(s) details or any other data for payment and personnel to the business / brand to which you have placed your order along with the delivery team. You consent to such transfer, storage and processing the data. It is necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with privacy.
